Totara Bridge Closure: Due to the structural condition of the Totara Bridge it has had to be closed. Riders are able to ride down to the bridge from either side but are not be able to cross it as barriers will be in place. This is an unfortunate situation that is outside the control of the Westland District Council and the Council apologises for any inconvenience. Alternative options are being explored.

Event Alert - Lake Kaniere Scenic Triathlon Saturday 7th March - Competitors will be running on the water race section between Hans Bay and Wards Road and cycling out towards Milltown and back.
