The Challenge - Hokitika to Greymouth  - 95km
The Classic -Cowboy Paradise to Greymouth - 59km 
The Cruise -  Kumara to Greymouth - 21km

If you are planning to ride the trail on this day but not as part of the event please check out the latest information on the timing of the race at the various locations here. We encourage all riders on the trail at the same time as the event to ride in the south to north direction.

Kumara Races

This old-fashioned country horse race meeting, established in 1887, is held annually at the historic Kumara Race track. The main race, the Kumara Gold Nuggets, boasts a real gold nugget as the prize. Come along with friends and family, enjoy the entertainment, food and a fun day out.

Women's Fun Duathlon Greymouth

Kumara to Greymouth
The Women’s Fun Duathlon Greymouth is now being organised by the Rotary Club of Greymouth. It will be held on Sunday morning 4th May. The event will begin at Kumara with a ride to Karoro Domain then a walk/run from there to Blaketown. There is also an option to walk/run only from Karoro to Blaketown. The proceeds will go to Daffodil House in Christchurch where 30% of their occupancy is for Coast cancer patients. More details to follow as they come to hand.

Riders are encouraged to continue $10 per rider per day and larger donations are very much welcomed. This is able to be made on directly to the link below.
