The Zig Zags

North of McPherson Bridge the trail has three steep switchbacks (58km) followed by two more higher up. Care will be needed for those in chairs and these are likely to be difficult to negotiate by longer recumbent bikes. Help is very likely to be required here. If traversing in a southern direction, extreme care will be needed going down and, again, help is very likely needed.
